Objective: The usual problem of filling up an Enquiry form in most offices is common. The form needs to be filled in one place and is given to the next room for processing. In order to overcome the problem an Embedded Device can be designed which can take the input data from the user and transmits the data to the user terminal. This device can save the filling work and time. The advantage is that electronically data can be stored and viewed.

Working : The user can enter the data which can be viewed on the LCD display. After entering all the data the user can transfer the data to the PC.The user information can be stored in the PC
