Abstract:
The aim of the project is to computerize the export management system. Export management system is one of the most important system and the computerization of this system will really make any export company work efficiently.
Normally there will be many functions to be performed by this system. If everything is done manually, it would be very difficult for the exporters to store the data and to retrieve it whenever necessary.
Computerization of this system will be very much useful and relieves the exporter from unnecessary problems. By using this computerized system the management can work more effectively and efficiently.

This project contains different modules. They are,

a) Order form
b) Item master
c) Invoice
d) Purchase master
e) Cash receipt
f) Dispatch

In order form, we place the order to buy the goods from the suppliers and it contains all the information regarding that details.
In item master form, we describe the details of the goods like its kind, its quantity, the due date etc.
In invoice form, we have the details of the invoice of the goods that are ordered.
In purchase master form we have the details of the goods we have purchased and it contains all the information of the purchase details.
In cash receipt form, we have the details of payment that have taken place during the transactions.
In Dispatch form, we have the details of the goods who have been dispatched.
